Karen is the long-time owner of Xcel Clean. She has applied her background in the medical field to create a winning team and processes for Xcel Clean. In addition to providing visionary leadership, Karen emphasizes customer care and attention to detail as the winning formula for success. Karen can help your organization take its cleaning results to the next level!
Dan Dezelan
President
Dan Dezelan has been the President of Xcel Clean since 2005. During that time, he has upheld its superior Cleaning Services. He boasts over 23 years of experience in taking care of customers. He excels in creating partnerships with clients by listening to their needs and helping them meet objectives. He elevates customer service as his first priority, and it shows. Prior to his work at Xcel Clean, Dan was an Account Executive at Gartner and Xerox. A graduate of Ball State University, Dan holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Sales and Information Technology. In his free time, Dan enjoys all things aviation, running and fitness, water skiing and stock trading.
KARA JONES
Chief operating officer
Kara has been with Xcel Clean since 2014. As the COO, Kara maintains a tight ship managing the day-to-day administration and operating needs of Xcel Clean. She has been an integral part of the growth of Xcel Clean since starting with the company. Kara graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision through the School of Technology. In her free time, Kara enjoys reading, walking and fitness, and volunteering at church and with Kairos Prison Ministry.
Monty Riffer
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our Operations Manager oversees our Construction Cleaning services, sites and personnel. Maintains safety excellence, job satisfaction and meets with new potential clients.
Jenny Gonzalez
Customer Relations Manager
As our Customer Relations Manager Jenny oversees the relationships with clients handled by our team. Jenny prides herself on building and preserving trusting relationships with our current and potential new clientele and addressing all customer needs and concerns. Jenny graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. In her free time, Jenny enjoys exploring new environments, hiking, and live music.
Lucia Reimer
Project Account Manager
As our Project Account Manager, Lucia is the direct line of communication that maintains and develops relationships with client supervisors that oversee our onsite crews. She manages our crews directly to ensure we are performing exceptionally and meeting our clients needs and expectations everyday. Prior to Xcel Lucia was a middle school teacher for 7 years. She taught students from all over the world English as a second language. A graduate from Indiana University who is now a "Bloomington townie" Lucia enjoys hiking with her husband and traveling as much as possible.
CONSTRUCTION CLEANING SUPERVISORS
Our Construction Cleaning Supervisors provide knowledge of all types of construction cleaning services and needs. They oversee our cleaning crews for safety, safety gear and supplies, training, job location assignments, and more.
FIELD SERVICE technicianS
Our experienced Field Service Technicians handle all of our Restroom Deep Cleaning, Floorcare, Carpet Cleaning, and General Janitorial Services. They Xcel at their cleaning assignments.
GENERAL JANITORIAL TEAM
Our Janitorial team members are experienced in all your general janitorial maintenance cleaning needs. They mainly work at night to provide a fresh clean space when you return to the office/bank/store. They are trained to maintain a high level of jobsite security and cleanliness.
